Hospice Minnesota is dedicated to promoting quality care for people who are dying and their families by:

  • educating the public about compassionate and competent end-of-life care,
  • advocating for increased access to hospice and palliative care, and
  • inspiring hospice providers to maintain the highest standards in end-of-life care.

Hospice Minnesota was founded in 1980 by a small group of healthcare professionals. Over the years, this nonprofit, membership organization has grown and provides education, technical assistance, and community outreach services.

Now, 26 years later, Hospice Minnesota continues to serve as a vital resource to community members, hospice providers and healthcare professionals.
